About Me
AUTHENTICITY, EMPATHY, and HUMOR
I lead trainings that help individuals and organizations develop new insights and foster skills that enable them to live, love, work, and lead others in ways that are more empowered, authentic, and resilient. This leads to improved quality of life personally and professionally--facilitating emotional, psychological, cognitive, physical, and spiritual growth. A multi-faceted, creative problem-solving approach can help us achieve greater peace, pleasure, joy, and satisfaction. I offer keen listening skills, hard-won wisdom, and a deep desire to help others heal and evolve. My teaching framework emphasizes cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused and strength-based approaches, psycho-social education, and storytelling. I encourage participants to do personalized, practical homework that aims to be both meaningful and fun…. all designed to bring about the changes individuals and organizations seek.
